Shipping
The delivery fee amounts to 5€ through ELTA Courier. Cash on Delivery is available for all orders (cost 1€). For orders exceeding 50€, deliveries to Greece are free of charge. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days, with an additional 1-2 days for remote areas.
Orders placed between 7-20 August 2023 will be shipped on 21/8.
Returns
To exchange a product or size, please contact us and we will send you a new item. You will return the old item to the courier with an additional fee of 5€. The product must be in new and unworn condition with its tags still attached. For product returns, you can use any delivery service you prefer, but you are responsible for the return cost. Your package will be dispatched either through DHL courier or the Greek Postal Services, with shipping costs and services subject to vary based on package weight and destination country. International orders may take between 3-10 business days for delivery. It is important to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up-to-date. While we aim to meet delivery expectations, please note that unforeseeable factors such as poor weather conditions or strikes may cause unforeseen delays.
